Alana is a Curtin University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), with experience in sports training environments, including working with Hills Rangers women’s football team.
Her time as a sports trainer for Hills Rangers has further fuelled her passion for sports-related injuries, built on years of involvement in sport and learning about personal rehabilitation. Having played many sports over the years – Alana brings a well-rounded understanding of the physical demands of different activities. She particularly loves playing basketball and AFL.
Alana’s treatment philosophy centres on educating and empowering people to confidently return to the activities they love, using evidence-based and individualised rehabilitation approaches. She is currently undertaking Pilates training to further support strength, movement quality, and injury prevention in her patients.
Outside of work, Alana enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors and camping with family and friends.
